ِA group of young women aged between 18 and 29 years old completed vocational and entrepreneurship training in Akkar during " Imkaniyat" women empowerment program. The training was implemented using blended learning methodology (online sessions, and face to face sessions at LCCE center in Halba).

Currently these young women are supported by business coaches in order to launch their micro-enterprises.

"Imkaniyat" program is a comprehensive program that comprises capacity building, coaching, life skills education (through dedicated social media platform: https://www.facebook.com/Imkaniyat/). The beneficiaries will be able also to promote their products through Imkaniyat marketplace that is under preparation.

"Imkaniyat" program is implemented by the Lebanese Center for Civic Education, with the support of the "Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie", in collaboration with the union of municipalities of: Central Dreib, Akkar-North, Chafat, Al-joumah, and Sahel Akkar.
